F.O.R.M. and G.R.O.W.

With a strong burden to strengthen the discipleship ministries of our churches, I am developing a discipleship pathway. Most of our churches have step one, which is salvation and church membership. A few churches have step  three or four, which is training to go on a mission trip. Many of our churches are missing step two, which is where F.O.R.M. and G.R.O.W. comes in. F.O.R.M. is foundations, ordinances, relational lifestyle, and mapping it all together. G.R.O.W. is go, relate, offer, and watch. This has been used in Cuba to begin new churches, small groups and evangelism training. If your church would like to know how this pathway could be used please let us know.
